1. Digital Delivery Only
All peaktranslation deliverables are sent digitally via email or secure file transfer. No physical documents unless specifically agreed.
2. Standard Timelines
- Compact (up to 2,000 words): 5 working days
- Standard (up to 5,000 words): 5 to 7 working days
- Professional (up to 10,000 words): 7 to 10 working days
- Certified translation: 2 to 3 working days
- Interpreting: agreed at booking
- MT Post-Editing: 2 to 5 working days
3. Expedited Service
24-hour rush delivery is available as an add-on for documents received before 14:00 CET on weekdays. Weekend assignments available on prior arrangement.
4. Timeline Conditions
Timelines start from project kickoff date after payment confirmed and all source materials received. Client delays in providing materials extend the timeline proportionally.
5. Acceptance
Clients have 7 calendar days to review delivery and raise written objections. After 7 days without objection, delivery is considered accepted.
