2. Services
peaktranslation provides professional translation services delivered digitally: technical translation, legal and certified translation, website localisation, marketing adaptation, interpreting coordination and machine translation post-editing. No physical goods are included.
3. Payment
Full payment required before work commences. All prices in EUR including applicable VAT for German customers. Stripe processes all payments.
4. Intellectual Property
Translated content becomes client property upon full payment. Glossaries, templates and translation memories may be retained by peaktranslation for quality consistency purposes.
5. Confidentiality
All client documents and content are treated as confidential. Translators are bound by confidentiality agreements. NDA available on request.
6. Liability
Maximum liability limited to fees paid. Not liable for indirect losses. Professional indemnity insurance maintained.
7. Governing Law
German law. Jurisdiction: Amtsgericht Backnang, Germany.
