1. Digital Translation Services
All peaktranslation services are custom professional work. Refund eligibility depends on project stage.
2. Before Work Starts
Full refund within 24 hours of payment if no work has been initiated and no translator assigned.
3. After Work Starts
Pro-rata refund based on work completed. Minimum charge once work is initiated is 30% of total fee. Work is considered commenced from translator assignment.
4. EU Withdrawal Right
EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right. By accepting these terms and proceeding, you consent to immediate commencement and acknowledge that the service begins within the withdrawal period.
5. Quality Disputes
If you believe a delivery does not meet the agreed standard, raise the matter within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the claim and offer correction at no charge or a partial credit. Claims raised after 7 days cannot be processed.
